Rachel Clark | Specialist ADHD & Autism Coaching Sydney & Australia Wide
Hello! I’m Rachel 🙂
The Journey of an ADHD Coach & Neurodiversity Specialist!
- Dual Professional Background: Began my career as a lawyer, developing sharp skills in systemic organisation, time management, and high-level communication—assets that directly benefit my coaching clients today. Later, I practised as an educator, witnessing firsthand the resilience and unique strengths of children and their parents navigating neurodivergence.
- Established Practice & Experience: Established my professional practice in 2019, bringing over 7 years of dedicated coaching experience to my clients. I am a specialised ADHD Coach with advanced Neurodiversity Training, having grounded my practice by completing comprehensive specialty training in ADHD coaching with the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), New York.
- Academic Foundations: Graduated with an honours degree in Law from the University of Sheffield in the UK, followed by completing a Legal Practice Course at the University of Law UK (York), and hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Bradford, UK.
ADHD Support & Coaching - My Passion - My Values - My Strength
The "I Get It" Factor
My understanding of neurodivergence is deeply personal. Having parented neurodiverse children through to adulthood, I know the daily realities, systemic hurdles, and emotional landscape from the inside out. I navigate this journey both at home and in professional spheres.
Yorkshire Grit
With my roots and education firmly grounded in Yorkshire, I bring the rugged resilience of a Yorkshire pony and a practical, no-nonsense approach to my coaching. I combine deep, authentic empathy with direct, actionable strategies—no fluff, just real tools that work for your brain.
What I Bring
A rare intersection of legal precision, educational insight, somatic grounding, and raw lived experience. I help adults stop simply surviving or masking, and instead build a life designed for how their brain, body and nervous system uniquely functions.
My Approach is Holistic; When necessary, it includes an introduction to and Nervous System Regulation: helpful for ADHD, Autism and most people struggling with executive function challenges
Nervous System Regulation
Utilise evidence-based therapeutic principles to calm, ground, and assist clients in shifting out of heavy task paralysis and intense fight-or-flight nervous states into structured action.
Sensory Processing
Integrate a deep, practical understanding of Autism-related sensory processing differences to create highly tailored lifestyle adjustments and calming sensory-environmental strategies.
Somatic Grounding
Incorporate somatic healing methodologies to help clients actively process and safely navigate cognitive and emotional overwhelm, translating bodily tension into peaceful release.
About Your ADHD Coaching Specialist
Practising Regulation: I don’t have a flawless daily routine, and I know how frustrating it can be when structures fail. For me, regulation is about using a variety of grounding tools flexibly to reset preemptively when I first catch myself losing focus.
Life in Sydney: Originally from Yorkshire, I have called Australia home for 20 years. Outside of professional consulting and coaching hours, I recharge by spending time with my adult children and taking my dog, Twiggy, for restorative nature walks at the local beach.
Balance: I intentionally utilise quiet, calming, low-stimulating environments to reset my energy, frequently spending my personal time reading, listening to audiobooks, or visiting the yoga studio. This, paradoxically, must be balanced with some interesting and novel experiences!
